The delivery options for each product are listed on the relevant product pages. Each product is sent to you directly by the small business that created, designed or selected it. Sellers choose their delivery options from the Delivery Guide (below)

NON-STANDARD PRODUCT (UK only) Delivery times for non-standard products vary. Please see below for more information. The delivery cost for a non-standard product varies by product. The cost is shown on the relevant product page and on the checkout page.

* Multiple products of the same size from the same seller will not increase the delivery cost. Please check the total cost on the checkout page.

Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products can take up to 30 days to make.

Our sellers choose whether to offer Tracked Express, Saturday or International delivery options.

Always check the relevant product page for accurate delivery information. By purchasing an item you agree to the stated delivery date. In the event of any change you will be notified of a revised delivery date by email.

Delivery times

Unless you’re having a product specially made, delivery is normally within six working days, and often much sooner.

The seller will include details of delivery times on the relevant product page and will let you know when they aim to dispatch your products once the order has been received.

If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please contact the seller by using the contact link on your order confirmation email. If you require further assistance please get in touch with us – we’ll be happy to assist.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens the seller will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, the seller will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.

Delivery and promotions

If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to standard UK delivery only.

UK delivery of standard products

Most standard orders to the UK are delivered for £3.75 or less, many are free. The delivery cost is based on the product’s size and weight.

If a product is delivered free of charge this is clearly displayed on the product page.

UK delivery of non-standard products

A non-standard product is something that’s considered to be fragile, perishable, high value, large, heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements. For these products, the above costs won’t apply – you’ll find the delivery cost on the product page.

UK tracked express delivery

If you need something quickly, many sellers offer Tracked Express Delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered the next working day after it has been made.

International delivery

International delivery is available on many products, and is displayed on the product page. The cost for delivery is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product.

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Look, we provide FREE Standard delivery to any address within Global. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports andJurongIsland.

On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Local Deliveries

There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.

Standard Courier – is FREE for all local orders and it takes approximately 5 working days to reach you from the time of order.

Express Courier – is available at an additional charge of $4.00 and it takes approximately 3 working days to reach you from the time of order.

To serve you better, you may even choose the timing of your deliveries from 9am to 10pm, weekdays or Saturdays, regardless of Standard or Express couriers.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
